Le 4 Stagioni is a very nice place where you will be warmly welcomed by Anneke, a very cordial hostess for whom nothing is too much. Anneke creates and regulates activities that occur in the neighborhood who leads them with enthusiasm. Anneke cooks several times a week and turns than the delicious meals from her kitchen! Information Comfort Rooms

Slightly lower than the villa you will find the 4 comfort rooms. The rooms sleep 2 or 3 people.
Each room has its own entrance with a porch that has a view of Perugia – perfect for sitting with a glass of wine, watching one of our spectacular sunsets.

Inside the air-conditioned Comfort Rooms there are 3 rooms: a sitting area, the main bedroom and a private bathroom.

If you want, you can cook outside at the barbecue area, which also has gas rings. Cooking utensils are at the barbecue site.The room has everything else you need.

The rooms are named after the trees on our property: Corbezzolo (Strawberry Tree), Ginepro (Juniper) Ginestra (Broom) and Olivo (Olive). The comfort rooms are identical in size and furnishings, only the decoration is different in color (red, blue, yellow and green) and matches the name of the room.
