B&B Le 4 Stagioni offers a choice of apartments or guestrooms each with en suite bathroom. All rooms are supplied with heating for cold days and air-conditioning for hot.
The rooms are individually decorated using a mixture of antique and modern. This contributes to our goal of making guests feel at home.

Guestroom Carpe Diem

The room, Carpe Diem, is a very large bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite a luxurious bathroom, where you can treat yourself in a whirlpool shower and a massage steamcabin.

The apartments
There are 4 well appointed apartments in the grounds, named after plants you will find in our garden:
Corbezzola (Irish strawberry tree), Ginepro (Juniper), Ginestra (Scotch broom) and Olive.

Inside the air-conditioned apartment there are three rooms – a sitting area, the main bedroom and the bathroom. There is a hide-a-way bed in the sitting room as well as a small fridge. The main bedroom has a large kingsize bed, a wardrobe, and a satellite television. The fully equiped bathroom even has a blow-dryer. Each apartment has its own entrance with a porch that has a view of Perugia – perfect for sitting with a glass of wine, watching one of our spectacular sunsets. |

If you want to, you can cook outside at the barbecue area, which also has gas rings. Cooking untensils are at the barbecue site.The apartment has everything else you need. |

Services
- Your delicious continental breakfast is served at the villa between 8.00-09.30 in the breakfast room or, when the sun is shining outside, on the terrace, where you have a marvelous view over the olive trees to the hills beyond.
- The rooms are cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed weekly; the towels twice weekly.
- For lunch, you can order a picnic.
- A fixed dinner menu is avialable some evenings. Reservations are necessary.
- You can 'chill out' on the terrace or in the sun room, any time you like. Simple refreshments can be ordered from the staff.
- Complete tourist information about local events and shopping tips are freely available.

Rates 2011-2012
The prices are for 2 persons per room or apartment, depending how many days you want to stay and if you want a breakfast or self catering.
There is no need to book from saterday to saterday. Pick a quiet day to travel. Avoid busy weekends or use the cheaper flights to Perugia on weekdays. Only in July and August there is a minimal stay of 4 nights.
